Enjoy walking and playing on our wide beaches that start on our doorsteps. Expand your horizons by chartering a boat for a day of deep-sea fishing, or improve your game at several nearby golf courses. New Smyrna Beach is recognized as on of the best surf spots on the east coast.

BBQ grilles are available on our ocean front patio.

The clubhouse, with a kitchen, is available to reserve for parties and social gatherings.

All units have cable TV and come fully furnished and equipped with all linens, kitchen utensils and cookware.

Large sun deck directly on ocean complete with tables, chairs, chaise lounges, showers and foot wash.

We reserve the right to refuse occupancy if, in the managements opinion, occupancy is detrimental to the property. We rent to families, couples and responsible adults 21 years and older. The occupancy limits in each condominium description are firm and are closely monitored. While all beds are listed to allow flexibility in sleeping arrangements, no overcrowding is allowed. Guest who exceed the occupancy limits will face immediate termination of the rental, with no refund or rental monies paid.
