Things you should know……

Welcome to Sea Coast Condominiums. We hope that you enjoy your stay on our 13 miles of beautiful white sand beach.

Sea Coast Condominiums rent weekly, Saturday – Saturday or monthly

Our rates fluctuate depending on the time of year you wish to visit.

• High Season is June thru August
• Mid Season January thru May
• Low Season September thru December.

Pets are not allowed in rental units. Sorry, no exceptions

All units are non-smoking. It is permitted to smoke outdoors, but not inside condominiums.

Parking Permits:
All vehicles must have a parking permit. Any vehicle without a parking permit will be towed at vehicle owner’s expense. Permits are available in office.

Laundry rooms: For your convenience laundry rooms are conveniently located on the north and south sides of the building located on each floor. Laundry rooms are open for use from 8:00 am to 9:00pm

Clubhouse hours 9:00 am to 10:00 pm unless approved by the manager. Your key opens clubhouse restrooms.

Outdoor Cooking: No gas or charcoal grills are allowed on any balcony or patio.  Grills are located on either side of the Oceanside sundeck.

Hurricane Policy: A hurricane must be named by the National Weather Service and an evacuation for New Smyrna Beach and or Volusia County issued in order for you to be refunded a portion of your stay for early departure. 

Pool:
No lifeguard on duty
Hours 9:00 am – 10:00pm
Pool cleaning and chemicals service are done before 9:00am

Please, kindly honor the pool rules posted on the pool deck. 

Shuffle Board Courts: Hours 9:00 am until 10:00 pm. Please return all equipment to clubhouse after use.

Phone: Only local calls can be made from phone. You can call long distance by using your calling card or calling collect.

It is our goal to maintain a relaxing environment in the common areas for the enjoyment of all our guests and residents.
